1. Who we are

ASAKAI is offered by numericalsAI Inc. ("we"). Contact: hello@asakai.app.

2. Private testing

The app is in private testing. It is free during this phase, may change at any time, and may not always work. Please do not rely on it as your only calendar or reminder.

3. You approve, you stay responsible

Asa prepares appointments, messages, mails and booking requests and shows them to you first. Nothing is sent, booked or paid without your confirmation. Please check every draft before you say yes; you are responsible for what is sent in your name.

4. AI can make mistakes

Answers, summaries and dates found in documents (for example the last day to cancel a contract) are generated automatically and can be wrong. They are not legal, tax or financial advice. Check important dates in the original document.

5. Third-party services

ASAKAI works with services such as your calendar, your mail provider, WhatsApp, Apple Maps and AI model providers. Their own terms apply. Bookings are made by the respective provider; ASAKAI is not a party to those contracts.

6. Fair use

Do not use ASAKAI to break the law, to send spam or to harm others.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, during the free test phase, we are only liable for the breach of essential obligations and limited to typical, foreseeable damage. Mandatory consumer law remains unaffected.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes in the app.
